I believe that there is nothing more important than how we respond to young children.

Working with children and families for 30 years as an early years teacher in primary and nursery schools, I have developed a powerful approach to supporting development and learning.

By zooming in on interactions, I expand the moment in order to illuminate the impact educators can have on the developing minds and bodies of young children. Through this careful analysis educators will gain new insight into the art of supporting learning.

I am also an accomplished trainer in early years education who has worked with many schools.

I live in the North East of England.
